  • NuBloom does offer custom arrangements but due to the seasonal availability of many flowers, not all requests can be guaranteed. We will do our best to make an arrangement for you based on the colors, blooms, and overall vibe that you have requested. We are dealing with Mother Nature after all, please be willing to be flexible. If you are interested in this service, please email me directly at nubloomfloral@gmail.com.

  • We understand that plans change! For orders canceled 72 hours before delivery, you will get a full refund of your selected service, including the delivery fee. For orders canceled 48 hours before delivery, you will not be eligible for a refund.

  • To get the most life out of your flowers, follow these tips:

    • When you bring your flowers home, fill the vase to the top with cool water.

    • Be sure to change the flower water every day to limit bacterial growth. Since your flowers are already arranged in the vase, the easiest way to change the water is by placing the vase under a faucet and running fresh water inside which flushes out the old water.

    • Keep the flowers displayed in a cool and shady place.

    • Embrace every stage of your arrangement!

  • Delivery is between 8am - 4pm. We are a small business and cannot offer a specific delivery time but we will send a courtesy text message 15 minutes prior to delivering.

  • We deliver within 10 miles of zip code 30319 for $5. Anything outside of this radius is subject to a higher delivery fee.
